The Map covers 28 medical specialties and over 390 pathways. It is a tool aimed at primary care and secondary care clinicians, and can help drive clinical consensus to improve quality and safety in any healthcare organisation
You can access the Map through NHS Choices, in order to gain an insight into a particular condition.
It allows you to see an action plan for treating specific conditions, what the next steps are likely to be, and the choices you have.
