Get your eyes checked
It is important that you get your eyes checked by an optician regularly.
After testing your eyes your optician may issue you with a prescription or set you regular exercises to improve your sight. They can also fit you with glasses or contact lenses if you need them to help you see better.
Opticians can look for signs of disease in your eyes, such as cataract and glaucoma. If there are problems they will refer you to a specialist.
