Learning disabilities team
This team works as an integral part of the community based multi-disciplinary care group service team.
It offers assessment, care management, treatment and advice to adults (aged 16 and over) with learning disabilities and to their families.
This service has well-established rebound therapy groups, hydrotherapy and uses a review system to manage the long-term physical management of its clients.
