This report reflects back on the year from April 2010 to March 2011 and provides information for the Trust priorities for 2011/12. The Trust has identified key areas for improvement and has in place plans to monitor and report on progress. NHS Litigation Authority Standards
The NHS Litigation Authority (NHSLA) assessed the Trust on 16 and 17 November 2011 and has confirmed that we have successfully met the Level 2 criteria of their Risk Management Standards, scoring 45/50.
The Trust is pleased to announce that it has been registered by the Care Quality Commission under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
