We are keen to hear the views of service users, carers and the local community about their experiences of services. When things have not gone well, it is useful to hear ideas about the way things could be done better. We are also keen to hear when things have gone well so that we can build on good practice.

Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)

If you have a concern about the care, service or treatment you are currently receiving, you can discuss this with the Trust's Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) who can intervene to resolve if appropriate. Click here to find out more information about PALS.
